Take advantage of full season discounts by clicking HERE.
Single event entries will open on February 1, 2020.
“The 2020 season is fast approaching and we have a lot of exciting items going on behind the scenes,” explained FRP’s Bob Wright. “We have a new website, and a new Social Media program headed up by RTD Media, an experienced SM team. We also have introduced two new racing opportunities for 2020 — our Prototype Championship Series, and our new FC Classic Class. As a racer, I am very excited that for the first time ever, FRP will be racing at the Iconic Barber Motorsports Park (May 15-17). My team and I are really excited in the direction FRP is headed, and we can’t wait to get the season started. See you all at our first event in April!”

• The Prototype Championship Series — a three event, 6 race series for SCCA P1 and P2 class cars. If entries warrant it, we will have a separate recognition for stock (sealed) DP02s.
• The Prototype Series events are at Barber (May 15-17), PIRC (June 19-21), and VIR (July 17-19), and will have its own Podium, Points and Purse.
• The FRP Prototype Championship Series will run under the same rules as the SCCA Club P1/P2, and any Hoosier tire will be allowed.
• This new series coincides with the introduction of a new P1 Car by Firman Racecars.
• This class is a growing opportunity with great possibilities, and expansion of the championship to a full season opportunity is expected for 2021.
The FC Classic Class will run within the F2000 Championship Series run group. This is the opportunity for Older F2000/FC Cars to experience and enjoy the same 3 hours of track time and great racing opportunity as all of our F2000 participants, but without the need to compete
with their newer brethren.

The Entry fee is lower ($700/event) and eligibility for the FC Classic Class is as follows:
• Must be an FRP legal F2000 car.
• All Pinto powered cars.
• All chassis manufactured pre 1998.
• Any Driver — who has never run an FRP F2000 event — may run for TWO events with any chassis.
• Any Hoosier Tire, purchased from the factory, is allowed
• There are no Points, Purse, or Podium for entrants in FC Classic.
